Right

     1) Poor finger to nose test with the right hand (intention tremor).
     2) Slow awkward movement when putting on a jacket (decomposition of movement).

Left

     1) Loss of all sensation from the face.
     2)  Loss of 2-point discrimination, vibration and position sense from the body. (Pain and temperature sensation from the body was intact.)
